When you register or apply, we collect the personal information you provide — name, contact details, address, employment history, government ID numbers, and application documents — for recruitment and employment purposes.

Your information is used to process job applications, manage employment records, administer payroll and benefits, and comply with labor and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with authorized HR personnel and government agencies as required by law.

Access is restricted by role-based authentication. Only authorized staff can view employee records, and sensitive documents are kept confidential.
5. Your rights
